Phase 2: Selection Procedure
(5 – 10 working days), which consists of several Steps:
1.
Step 1: Research/Data Resourcing
Direct Approach to companies with the same line of business
Direct Approach to Candidates with specific skills or knowledge
Internal Database Sourcing (50,000 candidates available in database: 70% managerial level, 30% staffing level)
Extensive Networks from Experienced Consultants

Step 2: Matching Technical Skills (Telephone Interview)
Interest in the position
Work Location
Experience Level & significant achievement relative to the position to be filled
Education and background
Remuneration and Financial Expectation (only if candidates are willing to share it through phone interview session)
3.
Step 3: Candidates’ Profile Introduction
Candidates must match 85% to clients’ requirements
Documents Presented would be:
Completed Candidates’ CV
Written Phone interview report

Step 4: Candidates Pre-Selection by Clients:
(approximately 10–20 working days depending on clients and candidates schedule)

Step 1: In-Depth Interview with RimbunJOB’s Consultant
Intellectual, Interpersonal and motivation competencies
Personal Strengths and weakness with respect to the position to be filled
Perceived Cultural fit
Work Behavioural DISC (Dominant, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness)
Profile test
2.
Step 2: Candidates’ Selection by Client
RimbunJOB Consultants will submit the one-on-one interview result which consits of the DISC profile test and consultant’s view on the candidate.
3.
Step 3: Interview Schedule arrangement
RimbunJOB Consultants will arrange all the interview schedule between clients and candidates.
4.
Step 4: Feedback on Interview Results from Clients
Client shall provide RimbunJOB Consultants with the feedback within 3 (three) working days after the interview has been conducted
5.
Step 5: Reference Check

Step 6: Hiring - Candidate Placement
