PSL which is listed on the main board of the SGX in Singapore started its business operations in the eighties to provide specialist ground engineering services for the construction industry in Singapore and the region.

PSL Holdings has 2 core business:

1. provider of engineering services such as micro-piling, bored piling as well as soil investigation and slope stabilization works.
2. Trading services in equipment rental and supply of hardware (rental and trading of cravler cranes, supply of construction hardware and rebars, and provision of 24-hour mobile services for repair and replacement of hydraulic hoses)

Requirements

• Experience of minimum 10 years working in multinational companies or high growth environments with an operational focus.
• Possess a strong business sense
• Understands how strategy positions within the industry
• Good Legal & Commercial knowledge
• Demonstrate risk management
• Proven track record
• Dynamic and resilient personality with the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and in a fast paced environment;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the presence to quickly establish credibility
• Mature personality with strong negotiation and communication capabilities
• Fluency in English is essential for this role

Responsibilities

• Direct timely and accurate preparation of profit and loss account, balance sheet, standard and special management reports, providing financial analyses and recommendation for management decision.
• Direct the organizations financial planning and accounting practices
• Implements the internal controls ensuring a high level of statutory and management reporting
• Responsible for accounting and management information systems and internal controls 
• Provide training and supervision of the Accounting staff to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Work with departments in improving workflow processes to achieve operating efficiency on all finance & accounts operational related matters.
