Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Min 5 years experiences in Sales Electrical Application
  • Having business understanding in Commercial, Technical, and Schneider Policy
  • Preferable having technical skill is Electrical Distribution, SCADA, BMS and Security System application in Airport
  • Having good communication skills
  • Fluent in English
Responsibilities
  • To promote Solution in Airport Segment
  • To coordinate and support branches about pipeline/opportunity for Airport that detected in each area.
  • To make strong relationship with Departemen Perhubungan, Angkasa Pura I and II
  • To reach/get individual target for JABOTABEK
  • Schneider solution will be recognized by customer/end user
  • There will be a good coordination between branch and headquarter in terms of pipeline/opportunity
  • Getting order for JABOTABEK

 

Strategy and Planning

  • Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term viability, profitability and market share.

 

Manufacturing

  • Develop and improve manufacturing line architect to increase manufacturing efficiency

 

Sales Management :

  • To prepare visit planning, to manage the time consume while visiting the customers,
  • To build on customer / applications data based for customer references,
  • To provide relevant information and reports

 

Promotion :

  • To prepare presentation & training material

 

Sales-Offer and Order :

  • To identify the potential customers and opportunities ( analyze tenders/inquiry-price, del time, competition, problems, etc )
  • To coordinate with other teams (PEC) and Channel
  • To generate offers and secure the orders.
  • To follow up orders from customers to distributors

 

Supporting :

  • To support and contribute to =S= strategy and policy by giving information of competitor’s action and the needs of customers.
  • To support and assist sales branches in airport segment

 

Customer Relation :

  • To maintain and develop good relationship with Departement Perhubungan, Angkasa Pura I and II
