Requirements

• Male/Female
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Systems Implementation skills
• Exposure to SUN Accounting and Hyperion
• Microsoft office applications – power point, excel and word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Working knowledge of Indonesia’s GAAP, Taxes and Business Laws
• 12+ years of finance and accounting work experience
• Possess at least 5-year solid experience in Indonesia to work as Financial Controller locally and lead the F&A department of MNCs.
• University Graduate and Professional qualification from a recognised accounting body
• A team player

Responsibilities

• Internal Control: Devise financial control policies to safeguard company assets and to ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of financial records.
• Financial Reporting and Tax Filing: Books and records are maintained properly; financial statements are prepared in accordance with GAAP/ FRS and customer's pricing protocols; and tax filings are made in accordance with local tax law.
• Budgeting, Management Reporting & Financial Analysis: Supervise budget preparation; prepare management reports, and perform financial analysis to facilitate business decisions.
• Company Secretarial and Risk Management: Coordinate company secretarial function for statutory registration/reporting/compliance; manage contract review process; and manage business risks with proper insurance cover.
• Treasury and Banking: Manage corporate finance to ensure adequate funds for supporting business growth and routine cash requirements.
• People Development and Work Process Improvement: Instil a high performing F and A team with a proper organization structure and skills; and improve work process on an on-going basis to assure work efficiency and effectiveness.
• Audit and Legal Support: Arrange annual external audit and review audited report. Liaise with lawyer for business contract review
• Project Analysis: Conduct cost and benefit analysis for company investments. To play a vital role in business decision by interpreting the relationship between the financial and non-financial information, assisting the management to better understanding the investment.
