1. Staff Management
- Lead the sales team through example on the sales floor, especially in selling and developing RTW business.
- Optimize sales of merchandise through impeccable service by providing product knowledge, applying selling skills and interacting with customers.
- Work closely with sales staff and assist the Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager in training and developing sales associates as above.
- Participate in employee evaluations & day-to-day performance follow-up with the sales team.
- Motivate employees so as to encourage them to perform at their highest levels, in order to optimize sales.
- Implement staff scheduling as defined by Store Manager.
- Communicate clearly with superiors and subordinates.
2. Stock Management (Ready to Wear)
- Ensure that merchandise is properly received, displayed, stored and maintained by sales staff.
- Assume opening/closing duties and Manager On Duty (MOD) responsibilities as required.
- Accurately complete inventory receipt, including entry and reconciliation.
- Completely understand and undertake the transferal of merchandise (between countries)
3. Store Maintenance
- Ensure a safe store environment for customers and employees.
- Maintain a clean store environment and implement general housekeeping duties as necessary.
4. Store Operations
- Comprehensive knowledge to operate Retail Management System (run reports, EOD/BOD, returns, credits, correct errors etc.).
- Ensure all procedures relating to sales transactions, payment and security regulations are correctly implemented and adhered to by sales staff.
- Understand, follow and maintain all company policies and regulations, and ensure that subordinates do the same.
- Understand required reports and assist in their completion (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Assume decision-making responsibilities in the absence of Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager in accordance with Louis Vuitton operating standards.
- Perform other duties as required (ad hoc reporting/tasks).
5. Product Specific (Ready To Wear)
a. Sales:
- To Achieve said Ready To Wear target
- Develop and manage Ready To Wear business accordingly
- Understand fashion trend as well as competitor trend, in order to be able to capitalize on it to advise the team and customer.
b. Clienteling:
- Develop existing Ready To Wear clients to be Ready To Wear
connoisseur
- Expand client base from Louis Vuitton&*kres*8217;s own database, by working closely with the other product category&*kres*8217;s team and store&*kres*8217;s clienteling PIC.
- Introduce and capture more Ready To Wear customer from outside Louis Vuitton&*kres*8217;s database.
- To participate in hi-end clienteling activities : maximizing the use of VIC room / lounge to present RTW to clients, organizing events and presentations to clients to retain and improve customer loyalty.
c. Visual Merchandising:
- Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to Louis Vuitton guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays, especially for Ready To Wear area (mannequins, travel area, tray etc)
- Maintain and manage Ready To Wear VM rotation throughout the store.
d. Inventory Management:
- Monitor and review stock level together with customer needs/buying trends, and advise Store Manager of any suggestions necessary to increase Ready To Wear sales.
- Forecast best seller based on sales achievement to quickly react to market
