  • Minimum of 5 years working experience with multi-national companies and global brand principal as executive secretary or similar administrative role
  • In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

  • Degree in business administration or relative field

  • Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. 
  • Responsible for administrative support of all projects related to sales, promotion and events on timely basis
  • Responsible for financial report consolidation from licensees and across category managers for management and brand principals
  • Assisting on administration and ground preparation of in-store promotion, mal events and trade show
  • Forge strong relationships with our licensees and business partners to ensure them to follow administrative and financial report guideline
  • Liaise with cross departmental function internally and externally, especially for contract submission, royalty report, revenue report, newsletter and so on 
  • Secretarial support for Executive 
  • To work with related managers to provide admin support for contract process, financial report consolidation, newsletter report, etc.
  • To work with licensee on monthly/quarterly royalty report to ensure the procedure is fulfilled accordingly
  • To assist on preparing financial report for management on monthly and quarterly basis, including consolidating report for all cross categories
  • To manage office daily operation and expenses
  • To work closely with finance team to prepare and provide necessary office documents and invoices on weekly basis
  • To assist on preparation of business meetings, trade show and business travel arrangement 
  • To assist on marketing/events preparation and premium deals contracts
