- Min. Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Management / Business Administration
- Max age 35 years
- Min 2 Years experience in product / brand management (preferably from Lifestyle brands)
- Fluent in English
- Independent, strong leadership, self-motivated, able to work well under pressure, team builder, fast learner and enjoy lifestyle products
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, dynamic, creative & innovative but yet result oriented
- Understand the Brand Management (marketing mix, positioning, launch, research, budget and competition)
- Proficient with MS Office, Internet application
- Create & implement marketing plan and strategy to support the creation of brand image & brand building in the market
- Responsible for total brand management including brand growth, product selection, inventory management, budget management, planning of promotion activities and achieving of sales target
- Responsible to win market competition, evaluating and creating innovation program to increase sales of the selected brand product
- Monitor marketing campaign & activities for further development or innovation
- Follow Brand(s) and Competitors' Performances
