  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant discipline
  • More than 5 years of relevant working experience in a MNC, preferably in chemical industry
  • Bilingual in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office applications, ERP systems (such as BaaN)
  • Meticulous and well-organized with information
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management

  • High Level of Order Fulfillment Management, support sales/business requirements thru effective processing of sales orders in BaaN and Data Integrity
  1. Preparing Proforma Invoice timely and accurately
  2. Preparing Sales Release Authorization timely and accurately
  3. Meeting special needs, requests from customers
  4. Maintain BaaN updates on Customer Database including, pricing, commission, customer master information etc.
  5. Ensure every order is executed as a Perfect order
  6. Adhered to Service Level agreement
  • Filing and administrative duties
  • Liaising with forwarders / 3PL for delivery dates and negotiating these dates with customers against committed dates per proforma invoice Maintain Shared Service file
  • Shared Services role within the region
  • Work closely with the appointed local transporter, freight forwarder and shipping agents for most accurate and preferred quotes and destinations.
  • Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity
  • Prompt response to sales associates/distributors/customers on issues or related such as orders, price and product inquiries etc
  • Coordinating with cross functional departments to meet shipment requirements, inventory targets as well as addressing any related concerns and issues in order to
  • Arrange shipment for requested items and consignments
