Requirements
  1. B.S. (or above) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience;
  2. Experience in Microsoft Windows JAVA/C++/C# programming under.NET environment;
  3. Experience in providing technical support to software customers is preferred;
  4. Strong in spoken and written English is preferred;
  5. Experience of banking technology is preferred;
  6. Perform skilled work in the software installation, configuration, demonstration and software troubleshooting;
  7. Master the software architecture and working principles;
  8. Demonstrate sensitivity and respect for a diverse population.
Responsibilities
Basic responsibilities are to provide the technical support for partners and customers to implement the company software and related products. Understand, specify, develop and localize software for the local market.
  1. Develop and customize the software as per the client’s needs;
  2. Projects management and coordination. Support and implementation of customer testing/certifications/pilot projects;
  3. Resolve any customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting;
  4. Gather technical requirements from customers and translate into gap analysis, documentation and work orders;
  5. Work directly with staff in engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and administration to prepare/present the software demonstration and resolve problems;
  6. Document all technical inquiries; develop and review content for knowledge base CKS;
  7. Provide training or assistance to customers and junior staff;
  8. Participate in testing the new-released software products;
  9. Part time as hardware engineer support on site.
