We received its multifinance licence in 1994 and is fully licenced to conduct a full range of multifinance activities including consumer finance, leasing, factoring and credit cards.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimal 1 year experience in related field
- Experience in developing Module Training is a must
- Have a good analytical thinking
- Good Presentation and Interpersonal Skill
- Proficient in Ms Office
- Willing to travel if needed
- Candidate must be willing to work in SCBD, Jakarta
- Manage and analyze development data to make a recommendation/improvement to Development Program plan/module
- Develop Evaluation System to ensure the effectiveness and impact of Training program for any position.
- Deliver various Training Modules if necessary.
- Handle end-to-end Learning & Training Programs/Projects.
- Responsible on doing TNA
