We received its multifinance licence in 1994 and is fully licenced to conduct a full range of multifinance activities including consumer finance, leasing, factoring and credit cards.

This adaptability has provided We with valuable operating experience within a number of different business segments and product groups across both the retail and commercial markets.

Requirements
  1. Maximum 30 years old
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
  3. Minimal 1 year experience in related field
  4. Experience in developing Module Training is a must
  5. Have a good analytical thinking
  6. Good Presentation and Interpersonal Skill
  7. Proficient in Ms Office
  8. Willing to travel if needed
  9. Candidate must be willing to work in SCBD, Jakarta
Responsibilities
  1. Manage and analyze development data to make a recommendation/improvement to Development Program plan/module
  2. Develop Evaluation System to ensure the effectiveness and impact of Training program for any position.
  3. Deliver various Training Modules if necessary.
  4. Handle end-to-end Learning & Training Programs/Projects.
  5. Responsible on doing TNA
