Requirements
Education level / Training
Post Graduate degree in HR and/or Business or equivalent experience (4 year degree is mandatory)
 
 
Experience
  1. Well experienced professional with a minimum of five (5) years of working experience in Generalist HR role with hands on experience in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Policy,  and Training & Development preferably in automotive industry
  2. Ability to autonomously work efficiently to meet goals and find solutions to localized topics that lie outside general practices and guidelines
  3. Managerial skills and experience in team management
  4. Good PC applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Strong English skills
 
Specific knowledge/ Skill
  1. Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
  2. Willingness to quickly adapt to new situations, and push the status quo to achieve higher results
  3. Working knowledge of Social Media and agencies/ consultants within Indonesia
Responsibilities
HR Planning & Recruitment
  1. Responsible for annual headcount planning and steer in all figures for CV Indonesia in the planning committees in Germany and Trucks Asia 
  2. Strategically design, develop, implement and maintain the recruitment processes specific to the Trucks organization (including its job/corporate descriptions, job evaluation, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  3. Strictly adhere to any Daimler specific policies or regulations which have been established on a Group level
  4. Adjust and adapt the recruitment process for maximum efficiency as needed, and make proactively strategic moves whenever bottlenecks may arise
  5. Design a selection and results matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channels and recruitment sources within Indonesia
  6. Explores the market’s best practices in recruitment and staffing, and implement innovative and appropriate best practices for the organization
  7. Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
  8. Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
  9. Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
  10. Conducts job interviews for all key positions within the organization
  11. Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
  12. Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
  13. In charge of local event management and university engagements to targeted locations
  14. Lead contract management for HR related topics including for regular and special hiring contracts, agencies, etc.
  15. Be a strong business partner for all Commercial Vehicle departments, align HR topics on a weekly basis and work out solutions required
 
Training & Development
  1. Identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, performance appraisals and regular consultation with business partners
  2. Designing training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual;
  3. Implement management assessments and continuously improve the evaluation process to enhance our future management placements and talents for the organization 
  4. Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
 
Personnel Development
  1. Development of own team is expected, by ensuring members are continually motivated and driven to achieve high results
  2. Ensure all team members are able to perform, and proactively intercede as needed to ensure timely turn around
  3. Strongly lead team in order to meet all KPIs and give guidance as needed to each member as topics arise that need solutions

  3. Stringent monitoring/tracking of KPIs (like hiring target, lead time of hiring; trainings conduced etc.)
