- University Degree
- 8-10 years technical working experience in customer service, import & export, oversea transportation management, prefer to have cemicals background
- 5 years management working experience in people management, cross function communication, internal and external vendors management
- Good communication skill and team player
- SAP knowledge is must
- Fluent english writing & reading, listening and speaking and Mandarin
Indonesia SCM main operation includes Customer Service, logistics (including transportation, warehouse & import/export). planning, purchasing, and partial sourcing.
This role is responsible for overall smooth and efficient supply chain for Indonesia. main tasks in Indonesia including the team management, the correct operation by SCM team & the logistics vendors to support the business, the process improvement, the coordination & the collaboration crossing function, etc.
