Background
  1. Degree within Advertising, Sales, Marketing, Economics, etc.
  2. Office Suite 2003 & 2007, advanced level (especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  3. Minimum 8+ year experience
 
Languages
  • Fluent in English. (high level)
  • Mother Language – Bahasa, Indonesian
  • Other European language(s) a distinct advantage (French, Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, Czech)
Responsibilities
 
Primary Responsibilities:
The CSD has three primary responsibilities:
  1. Ensuring client satisfaction and profitability
  2. Managing commercial team staff efficiently and effectively
  3. Identifying new sales leads and developing new business
 
Secondary Responsibilities:
  1. Pitching Team Creatif services to existing clients and new prospects.
  2. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients and potential customers
  3. Be a major “player” in the growth and development of the company business
  4. Develop and grow commercial team members/staff
 
Day-to-day duties typically will be:
  1. Handling client day to day requirements
  2. Project management of existing projects and potential new projects
  3. Client financial management and profitability with finance team
  4. Managing, advising and guiding commercial team staff
  5. Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  6. Researching the needs of target companies and finding out who makes decisions about branding
  7. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  8. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives for new business development
  9. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events – as requested
 
Other typical duties include:
  1. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  2. Contacting prospective clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  3. Developing quotes and proposals
  4. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  5. Developing sales goals with line manager and ensuring they are met
  6. Develop, review, and implement new business strategies with line manager
  7. Prepare financial reports, and forecasts
  8. Acquire more business acumen through research, and analysis of industry trends and developments
  9. Assist in present new business proposals
  10. Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
  11. Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentation to capture profitable business opportunity
