Requirements
  1. Laki-laki usia minimal 35 tahun
  2. Pendidikan min S1 jurusan psikologi / hukum
  3. Berpengalaman dlm posisi Manager HRD/HRGA minimal 5 tahun
  4. Memiliki pengalaman dlm recruitment karyawan dg skill tinggi dlm jumlah banyak
  5. Memiliki kemampuan dalam melakukan assesement karyawan / calon karyawan
  6. Memiliki pengalaman dlm mendesign training & pengembangan karyawan
  7. Memiliki pengalaman dlm pengembangan organisasi & performance appraisal
  8. Menguasai UU Ketenagakerjaan & sistem payroll
  9. Memiliki leadership dan managerial skill (POAC) tinggi 
  10. Tegas, disiplin dan dapat menjadi role model
  11. Kemampuan berpikir terstruktur, sistematis, jujur, amanah dan memiliki integritas tinggi
  12. Lokasi kerja Surabaya/Sidoarjo
Responsibilities
  1. Bertanggung jawab dalam perencanaan, pengelolaan dan pengembangan SDM
  2. Bertanggung jawab penuh dalam proses rekrutmen dan pemenuhan SDM sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan
  3. Bertanggungjawab dalam peningkatan kompetensi & pengembangan kualitas SDM sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
  4. Bertanggungjawab dalam perencanaan & implementasi performance appraisal & pengembangan organisasi
  5. Membuat sistem HR yang efektif dan efisien seperti SOP, reward & punishment, training and development, dll.
  6. Bertangggung jawab dalam operasional SDM seperti payroll, absensi, kontrak karyawan, dll
  7. Bertanggung jawab dalam pemenuhan bidang hukum/legal dan kontrak perusahaan
  8. Bertanggung jawab dalam bidang General Affair seperti pengadaan/ procurement, pemeliharaan gedung, kendaraan, security, dll
