Requirements
  1. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industry).
  2. Experience in sales and technical knowledge in Industry, Utility and BT sector. High relationship with all key players in the industries.
  3. Ability to manage several project at the same time.
  4. Able to read technical drawing/design.
  5. Computer literate.
  6. Leadership, presentation, communication and negotiation Skills
  7. Project Management
  8. Business strategic planning and development.
Responsibilities
Main objectives
Develop sales activity in Industry, Utility and BT market segment in Surabaya and surrounding by promoting GF’s solutions and services with the goal to establish GF’s Market position as preffered piping systems solution provider inIndonesiaand to achieve sales target.
 
 
Main Tasks
  1. Define and implement Industry, Utility and BT segment strategy in Surabaya and surrounding together with Head of Sales & Marketing, Regional and global Market Segment Manager to identifying and developing market opportunities by networking, monitoring and evaluating key players in the market translating into tangible sales.
  2. Ensure proper networking activities with Industry, Utilities and BT authorities, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors to increase market share.
  3. Whenever necessary coordinate with distributors activities for securing sales for suppliying main projects on timely manner.
  4. Make full use of product knowledge including technical know-how on the welding technologies establishing a highly valued sales tool in front of the customers whenever it comes to technical specifications and sales argumentation and during exhibition. Conduct internal and external training.
  5. Maintain CRM updated reports including OTP report with latest developments for main project and market activities including competitor information.
