Requirements
  1. Masters oriented trade / management proposed by the schools of commerce and of engineers
  2. Experience in management, purchasing and or agriculture as spices within minimum 10+ years
  3. Fluent in English. (high level)
  4. Mother Language – Bahasa, Indonesian
  5. Other European language(s) a distinct advantage (French)
Responsibilities
Main missions
  1. Definition of the business strategy
  2. Apply the commercial strategy of Goldman Commodities on which it depends
  3. Analyze the feedback from the field, from the sales force in order to identify market developments and the company's positioning in this market.
  4. Terminate the nature and volumes of products to be bought in relation with the CEO.
  5. Identify commercial targets relevant to the sales force and define individual and / or collective sales development objectives.
  6. Managing daily the objective of each buying force
  7. Trade policy management and implementation
  8. Lead and animate the sales force: support of sales representatives in the field, regular advice on the commercial approach and messages to be sent to suppliers, farmers
  9. Ensure that the sales teams are properly sized and recruit new employees if necessary with approval of the CEO
  10. Schedule meetings once a week, and depending on availability, with the team
 
Business Development
 
1. Initiate and track strategic accounts for the company.
 
2. Follow-up of results
    - Monitor individual and collective business results and validate 
      the achievement of objectives
    - To highlight good results
    - Know how to boost delays in results
 
3. Promotion and Communication
    - Apply the marketing strategy of Goldman Commodities. 
      He assists and advises all the marketing actions of the company.
    - Consultancy and assistance in organizing events to promote 
       the company's offer: exhibitions, press presentations
 
4. Propose courses of action and communication plans B to B or B to C
 
5. Management and recruitment of teams
    - Participate with the Board of Directors in the recruitment of field teams
    - Propose the recruitments necessary for the development of the commercial
      activity
