- Masters oriented trade / management proposed by the schools of commerce and of engineers
- Experience in management, purchasing and or agriculture as spices within minimum 10+ years
- Fluent in English. (high level)
- Mother Language – Bahasa, Indonesian
- Other European language(s) a distinct advantage (French)
- Definition of the business strategy
- Apply the commercial strategy of Goldman Commodities on which it depends
- Analyze the feedback from the field, from the sales force in order to identify market developments and the company's positioning in this market.
- Terminate the nature and volumes of products to be bought in relation with the CEO.
- Identify commercial targets relevant to the sales force and define individual and / or collective sales development objectives.
- Managing daily the objective of each buying force
- Trade policy management and implementation
- Lead and animate the sales force: support of sales representatives in the field, regular advice on the commercial approach and messages to be sent to suppliers, farmers
- Ensure that the sales teams are properly sized and recruit new employees if necessary with approval of the CEO
- Schedule meetings once a week, and depending on availability, with the team
