- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having knowledge in technical air conditioning, preferred.
- Experience in sales retail for air conditioning and home appliances will be good advantages.
- Passionate in doing sales activities, highly spirited, trustworthy and good negotiation skill are needed for this position.
- Able to communicate in English for both written and verbal.
- Willing to be placed in all branches: Batam, Palembang, Surabaya, Bali, Semarang, Makassar and Manado
- Willing to do business trip and attend training if needed.
- Relationship building to dealer, contractors and consultants;
- Researching the market, customer information and related products;
- Presenting the product or service favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
- Liaising with factory to check the progress of existing orders;
- Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock;
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
