Requirements
  1. Female preferred. Age of 40-50 years old.
  2. Master’s degree in Management desired with Bachelor’s degree preferably with a Management or Business emphasis.
  3. At least 15 years operational experiences, preferably in Network Marketing with proven experience as CEO or in other Senior Management level.
  4. Experience in developing business strategies and implement them
  5. Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
  6. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, operations, finance etc.
  7. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
  8. An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  9. Ability to communicate effectively and productively across various parties from different levels.
  10. Strong task management and multitasking skills to support multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Ability to set personal goals and accountability above company’s expectations.plement them.
  12. Experienced in business strategies & operations, CEO or senior management level, leadership skills.
Responsibilities
  1. To formulate (develop and recommend) Company’s strategic planning to Board (Chairman) – short term & long term objectives, working with the Leaders Team.
  2. To lead and oversee the Leaders Team in execution of the Company’s strategic planning.
  3. To communicate effectively between the Board (Chairman) and Leaders Team and vice versa. Also represent on behalf of the Company to internal/external parties.
  4. To analyze all operational issues or challenges and provide action plan with the objective for constant improvement and development and make management level decisions as required.
  5. To directly oversee the following functions as well as to manage, coach and direct its Leader Teams:
                  - Enterprise Channel;
                  - Marketing ;
                  - Operations
                  - Other teams reporting directly to Chairman – Tax, Treasury & HDIF
  1. To keep abreast of all activities of the Company and to asses any potential risks that may affect the Company are proactively managed, by ensuring that the Board and Leaders Team are adequately informed;
  2. To ensure that the Board are properly informed and that sufficient reports/information is provided to the Board to enable forming appropriate judgments;
  3. To assure the Company and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to shareholders and enterprisers as well as public.
  4. To evaluate all teams, in terms of performance, coordination, problem solving, plan and target achievement.
  5. To ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, as well as internal policies for an effective internal controls.
  6. To provide support to HDI’s overseas countries and coordinate as necessary whenever required.
