Requirements
  1. University degree, sales and / or technical background, Master’s preferable
  2. 5 or more years or more in auto industry within Indonesia, previous management experience preferable; experience in the field of sales training
  3. Specific knowledge/ Skill : Strong communication skills. Convincing and firm personality. Training Sales and Marketing experience.
Responsibilities
Retail Training Program Development
  1. Implementation of retail training program in coordination with brand headquarter guidelines and requirements
  2. Develop training content and materials based on local requirements Consultation and coordination with retail partners to determine training needs
  3. Develop market-wide training programs / develop training catalogue 
  4. Manage Retail Training Administration
  5. Key Challenges: Coordination and alignment necessary with customers, and front line sales to get the right – fit-to-market Training Program setup, strong alignment with Daimler HQ required
  6. Result: Develop a solid Training program and catalogue for our partners and sales team to access
    
 
Training program planning
  1. Participant and venue/facilities management
  2. Trainer procurement (if external trainers used)
  3. Communication and verification of training prerequisites
  4. Invoicing of training program activities
  5. Qualification / certification of training participants 
  6. Training Execution and Training Improvement Measurements based on customer feedbacks
  7. Training content preparation and delivery
  8. Reporting and Controlling
  9. Training budget planning
  10. Dealer support and consultation
  11. Key Challenges: Many points of contact and business partners to keep constant communication up with.
  12. Result: Create a thorough training plan which is sustainable, while ensuring it remains up-to-date and also within our budget and resources
 
 
 
 
Run Sales Back office to support Sales Field Force
  1. Coordinating pre-sales and after-sales activities between customers, frontline sales 
  2. Coordinative activities like documentation, filing, correspondence 
  3. Development and frequent revision of all sales related documents (e.g. sales pitch presentation)
  4. Revision and monitoring of key sales indicators like prospected customers, visited customers, closings, referrals
  5. Key Challenges: Constant feedback loops and communication between Sales Field Force and coordination
  6. Result: Management of all sales related documents, and monitoring of key sales indicators in order to take immediate measurements if needed
