Requirements
  1. Graduate from reputable Medical Schools and member of the local Medical Association - Ikatan Dokter Indonesia (IDI).
  2. Direct clinical experience (patient facing) of at least 5 years (after internship period) in hospitals or ambulatory centers (post Medical School; Clinic; ideally post residency training)
  3. Ideally, as Specialist in internal medicine, urgent medicine, intensive care, Family Medicine or infectious disease will be an advantage. But could also be a General Practitioner, provider he/she meets other requirements
  4. A plus if he/she has had any previous management responsibilities in a clinical environment (e.g., head of department, leadership role at emergency room, etc.) will be advantage
  5. Ability to work collaboratively, self-assured, and results-focused.
  6. Ability to understand business needs and issues.
  7. Fluent English.
Responsibilities
  1. Lead the governance, risk and compliance activities for local BimaBima Indonesia’s teledoctor service. Operation
  2. Develop and implement Bima’s medical protocols. Localize and adapt them to the medical culture of Indonesia in close collaboration with CMOs in other markets.
  3. Manage the local Bima Indonesia’s medical team (doctors and potentially also nurses or paramedics) to deliver exceptional service
  4. Develop quality assurance processes on medical activities to assist in the development and implementation of service analytics
  5. Develop and implement strategic initiatives around the teledoctor service as defined by the country management team. The CMO is a management position, that could report directly to the Country Manager or any PIC appointed by the Country Manager or to another person appointed by him/her (e.g., an “mhealth product manager”)
  6. Collaborate with CMOs in other Bima MILVIK operations. Participate in the periodic mhealth mobile health product calls as needed
  7. Support the local management team in Governance, Risk and Compliance activities (e.g., credentialing, licencing, etc).
