Requirements

.

Responsibilities
  1. Develops business plans and sales strategies – through timely and accurate market intelligence to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  2. To set and monitor sales target, prepare yearly sales budget and progressively monitor the monthly performance against budget.
  3. Achieve personal sales target set by the superior.
  4. Implement sales forecasting activities.
  5. Responsible for the business development of assigned sales territory and industries.
  6. Developing the prospects and clients’ portfolio, negotiating and closing skills.
  7. Prepares action plans for effective search and qualification of sales leads and prospects.
  8. Closely support distributors and dealers on their business plans per targeted markets/ segments/ channels, conduct partner's staff training while ensuring compliance with company guidelines to meet business objectives.
  9. Initiates and implement action plans to penetrate and expand new markets.
  10. Responds to customer requests/issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Keeps management informed with regular activity reports and verbal communications.
  12. Monitor the development and implementation of sales & marketing activities (exhibitions, baby fairs and etc)
  13. Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  14. Provides timely and accurate feedback to senior management regarding the market and competitors performance.
  15. Manage customer relationship and implement high customer service standard set by company.
  16. Assist in Technical complaint and assume responsibility in monitoring remedial work.
  17. Monitor stock holding at customers' place.
  18. Develop, coach and motivate sales team by continually developing their skills and creativeness to achieve excellence in aspect of merchandizing in the market place
