Our client has recently acquire Malaysian food and beverage company.

The company  was established in June 1993. The company has invested more than 60 million dollars to set up a modernized factory in Johor, Malaysia, with the land area of 10 acres.
Our company was awarded HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) from SGS and MOH Malaysia, US-FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and ‘HALAL’ Certificate, certified by Islamic Development of Malaysia since year 2003 and Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) since year 2013.
Our production lines produced all kind of Asian drink e.g. soya bean drink, herbal tea, fruit juice with pulp, energy drink and coffee.
 

Requirements
  1. Bachelor Degree
  2. Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in FMCG as ABM/Brand Manager
  3. Preferably with experience in RTD beverages category in Indonesia
  4. Knowledge & Skills required :
    - Experienced in handling promotion, NPD & consumer activation
    - Experiences in BTL with basic ATL & digital knowledge
    - Basic appreciation of brand P&L is able to communicate in English
Responsibilities

 

This role is responsible for :

Driving brand building initiatives for F&N/Company brands in Indonesia and will be a key person to liaise with the local trade/sales team to operationalise key brand marketing activities.
 
 
Key responsibilities :
  1. To conceptualise and formulate marketing strategies and plans. To ensure their effective and timely execution to achieve brand sales and market share objectives
  2. To manage and control overall brand P&L to ensure that brand sales and profit objectives
  3. To engage and work with advertising, media, activation, social media & PR agencies to conceptualise, develop and execute effective through-the-line communication strategies and plans to drive brand imageries and shape consumption behaviour
  4. To manage and drive the development and implementation of new brand initiatives (e,g. NPD) launches by pro-actively engaging relevant internal stakeholders to ensure launch timelines are on track and met
  5. To engage and work with internal stakeholders (sales team & supplychain) and/or external parties to ensure effective and timely execution of consumer promotions and events.
