At present, the company has more than 1,000 employees, including sales and marketing staff, administrators, technicians and engineers, research and development experts. While most of Indonesia staff, we also employ a number of Japanese expatriates are highly skilled with many years of experience in the electronics industry

We are a consumer electronics company that works to make life easier and happier by providing quality electrical products that meet consumers' needs both for household appliances and home entertainment. Our brand stands for high-quality electronics from Japanese standards. It also means that a well-designed, reliable products with low power consumption, good value for money and a reliable after-sales service.

All products are manufactured in 12 hectares of certified production facility located in Curug - Banten in West Java, Indonesia. Distribution is handled by a nationwide network of 24 branches and more than 3000 authorized dealers scattered throughout the Indonesian archipelago.

Responsibilities
Sales Achievement
  1. Review, strengthen, train and, if necessary, overhaul our current sales force.
  2. Daily follow-up with branch/sales managers through visits or video conferencing to help them achieve their KPI and solve pending problems.
  3. Review and introduce new sales campaigns (e.g. Tour, free tour, mobile telephone gifts etc.) and ensure their effective implementation.
  4. Create and search for new sales channels (such as direct sales, retail outlets, E-commerce) with a minimum of investments from the Company.
  5. Design and implement a new T.O.P. (Term Of Payment) policy to improve the credit health of the Company.
  6. Organize and lead successful product launch events, road shows, staff training programs and dealers product education programs.
 
Channel Distribution
  1. Expand the distribution network of active dealers and accounts of the Company by at least 250 new dealers per year in JBTB area for the next three years. Put specific focus on markets that Sanken is currently weak in.
  2. Regular visits to dealers and play a dominant role in building strong relationships with dealers. It is expected that you will entertain customers two to three times per week.
  3. Review, analyze and introduce new and innovative sales and marketing strategies and policies.
  4. Formulate promotional programs (consumers, display, product demonstrations) for all channels and branches.  And ensure channel managers implement the programs effectively.
  5. Aggressive and persistent efforts and coaching to persuade the dealers and their staff to focus on selling out Sanken products through emphasis on product display at strategic locations, product unique selling points, price comparisons, and After Sales Service availability.
  6. Design sales visit frequency monitoring system to ensure complete devotion and determination to achieve targets.
  7. As Operational Commander, you are expected to present yourself as a dedicated, resolute human, smart leader to lead the fight to victory.
 
Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI)
  1. Actively involve in a fixed-schedule weekly PSI (Purchasing, Sales and Inventory) meeting to closely monitor sales and inventory levels and ensure that PSI levels are healthy.
  2. Notify Management to call immediate (non-scheduled) PSI meetings when a changing market situation requires urgent countermeasures.
 
Customer Care
  1. Co-ordinate with the After Sales Service and Customer Care departments to ensure high customer satisfaction levels by quick turnaround time, efficient and courteous service, reasonable pricing structure and availability of service centers.
 
Human Resource
  1. Design reward system for senior managers, sales and collection staff based on meritocracy and productivity.  Take immediate action to remove unproductive staff.
  2. Manage the Company's resources in accordance with budget guidelines and regulations already approved by the Board.
