Our client is a sole agent/ distributor of Natures Plus, a USA leading manufacturer of Nutritional Supplements that has been in operation since 1972 and has maintained a history of continued success. Their distribution network in Indonesia varies from Chain store Pharmacy such as Century Healthcare, Guardian, Boston, Watson, and many more, independent pharmacy, medicine retailers, fitness centers, doctors, institution, and clinics.

Requirements

Responsibilities
  1. Manage Brand Development Activity portfolio with the goal of increasing THE Company’s market share through the implementation of an effective Marketing Strategy.
  2. Achieve Annual Sales Target set by B.O.D., by developing a comprehensive Annual Marketing Plan (covering Analysing current situation, Segmentation/Targeting, Promotion Strategy, Marketing Mix ) and Evaluation/Audit.
  3. Coordinate with PROMOTION, SALES, SPS, PRODUCT DIVISION in the successful implementation of the Marketing Plan. 
  4. Involve in new product development starting from Opportunity, Identification /Selection, Concept Generation/Evaluation and Concept development to Launch Stage.
  5. Implement the approved marketing plan and controls the spending of approved A&P budget to ensure accurate realization of turnover target, market value share target as well as brand equity improvement.
  6. Regularly monitor the sales, distribution, and merchandising performance and proposes the required action sequence in order to get optimum product availability and visibility toward targeted consumers.
  7. Develop advertising and promotion briefs and coordinates with advertising agency in order to have a good concept development and effective advertising & promotion implementation.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the quality and execution of advertising and promotion programs to ensure that the campaign is properly conducted and the target on brand awareness & image are achieved.
  9. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the brand and make sure they are met. Recommending corrective actions if not.
  10. Develop and maintain a professional working-relationship with superior and colleagues within and intra department to ensure a conducive working environment in achieving the corporate goals.
  11. Report  to General Manager & Responsible institutionally to President director.
