Our company is engaged in F & B (Restaurant). Head Office in Senayan area. Established in Mongolia, China on 8th August 1999.  Now we already has more than 200 branches around the world such as in China, Hongkong, Japan, South Korea, US and Canada.The Indonesian first branch was established on November 9th, 2007 in BRI II Sudirman Office Building, Jakarta with 120 seating capacity and the second branch was established on October 21st, 2009 in Gajah Mada, Jakarta

Requirements
  1. Degree/Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management or any related fields.
  2. Must have at least 3 years of experience Chinese Restaurant.
  3. Prefer Chinese mandarin, Malay and English. Able to read and write are point plus. Executive Chef should be in charge for overall kitchen operational.
  4. Must be able to prepare and create variety of new menu.
  5. Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Indonesia.
  6. All working permit legal document fee will be handled by us.
Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for all food production including that used for restaurant. 
  2. Develop new menus, food purchase specifications and recipes. 
  3. Supervise Staff
  4. Develop and monitor food and labor budget for the department.
  5. Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standard.
  6. Schedules and coordinates the work of assistant chef, cooks and other kitchen employees to assure that food preparation is correct and within budgeted labor cost goals
  7. Safeguards all food preparation by implementing training for the staff to increase their knowledge about food safety,sanitation and accident prevention principles.
  8. Develops standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation which help to assure consistently high quality and to minimize food costs; exercises portion control for all items served and assist in establishing menu selling prices.
  9. Prepares necessary data for applicable parts of the budget; projects annual food, labor and other costs and monitors actual financial results; takes corrective action as necessary to help assure that financial goals are met.
  10. Ensures proper staffing for maximum productivity and high standard of quality.
  11. Controls food costs.
  12. Establishes and maintains a regular cleaning and maintain schedule for all kitchen areas and equipments
  13. Periodically visits dining area when it is open to welcome members.
  14. Perform other duties are directed.
