Requirements
  1. Must be fluent in English communication
  2. 2+ years of IT experience
  3. 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
  4. Experience with full software development life-cycle (SDLC) 
  5. Demonstrated ability to organize, and manage teams as well as mentor, develop, and motivate associates.
Responsibilities
  1. Hiring IT Support staff.
  2. Leading team of IT Support staff which provides technical assistance to Customers.
  3. Managing shift work of IT Support staff.
  4. Formulating and implementing plans that will result in provision of excellent customer services.
  5. Coordinating all the activities required to perform, monitor, and report support process.
  6. Managing training of IT support desks and ensure they possess a good knowledge base of The Company products and solutions.
  7. Represent the first stage of escalation for Incidents.
  8. Monitor the incidents to ensure that the Service Level Agreement are respected.
  9. Identify, initiate, schedule and conduct incident reviews.
  10. Documenting and reporting unresolved issues to Customers and follows up on them with professionalism.
  11. Follow up the incidents to Product and Solution owners in Company internal team to get the resolution based on Customer priority.
  12. Conduct meeting with Customers in regular basis.
  13. Establish continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance, activities, roles and responsibilities, policies, procedures and supporting technology is reviewed and enhanced where applicable.
