Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position and/or industry
  2. Excellent English communication fluency, both oral and written
  3. This position will be based in Semarang, Indonesia
  4. Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment
  6. Strong rapport and relationship-building focused
Responsibilities
Scope of Position
The focus of Business Development Executive is to be the go-to person in Semarang branch for all aspects of the company’s management and operational needs with the vision and mission of developing and building the company’s presence in Semarang. The candidate must have a desire and strong will not only to maintain, but also to develop and be the drivers of results for the branch.
 
  1. Handle and manage all aspects of a branch, i.e. sales, customer retention, operational, service provider management, office administration needs, etc
  2. Be the go-to person in Semarang branch for all aspects of the company’s management and operational needs with the vision and mission of developing and building the company’s presence in Semarang
  3. Work hand in hand with Jakarta and Surabaya for any operational needs
  4. Manage monthly delivery of key reports to the District Sales Manager
  5. Update CRM and ensure data integrity measurements are met for the branch
  6. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential customers and competitors in this area
  7. Orchestrate customer / branch relationships and collaborate with regional Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources
  8. Support the transition of new accounts through customer introductions, information transfer, and securing any necessary customer paperwork
  9. When needed, support AR (accounts receivable) collection
  10. Attend training & development sessions to continue developing selling skills and updating Company's Product and Service knowledge
  11. Ensure all service providers are in compliance with the company’s requirements
  12. Manage office administrational needs as necessary, i.e. electricity, water, supplies
  13. Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of company needs
