Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the industry as a Sales Manager
  2. Proven track record in sourcing and winning new clients
  3. Prospect clients in designated business sectors through research, cold calling, social media, networking and database management
  4. Introducing and presenting MCI to potential clients
  5. Attending and participating in industry networking events
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Indonesian & English)
  7. Confident attitude when dealing with clients and team members
  8. Proactive development of the role
  9. Ownership of keeping up to date with industry updates and product developments in order to carry out the job effectively
  10. Presentation skills - comfortable in pitches with experience in contracting, negotiations and pitching scenarios
  11. Reporting skills
  12. Administration skills (exceptional attention to details) and excellent computer literacy in all aspects of Microsoft programs
  13. Flexible and can-do attitude
  14. Social Media skills desirable
Responsibilities
  1. Prospect for potential new clients for MICE business
  2. Research into projects and new sales prospects to identify potential clients and decision makers within the client organization
  3. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company leaders/principals
  4. Organization and coordination of site inspections/client meetings
  5. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
  6. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
  7. Assist in negotiating the terms of Agreements and closing of sales as required
  8. Present to and consult with management on business trends and opportunities with a view to developing new services and products
  9. Weekly sales report by providing sales forecast.
  10. Assist in expanding the sales force
