Requirements
  1. MBA/Bachelor in Marketing/Management from top university or related 
  2. More than 8 years experiences as AC business
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  4. Excellent Inter-personal Skills
  5. Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
  6. Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
  7. Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
  8. Team leader, persuasive and innovative
  9. Fluency in English
  10. Thriving at Microsoft office (Powerpoint/Excel/Word)
  11. Logically and analytically minded 
  12. Detailed oriented
  13. Numbers friendly
Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and maintaining sales strategies for AC product to meetorganizational objectives. Manage/operate and find the new account to meet the company budget and keep closed relationship to customer/Dealer, understand the market conditions, understand and preparing competitor data and implements sales plan. Manage nationwide activities and all relevant.
 
*Remarks: AC = Room AC business mainly (future develop light CAC area), Sales channel: B2C and AC specialist 
 
 
Core Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and facilitate annual sales plan for the company.
  2. Support and facilitate development and implementation of sales plans.
  3. Plan and administer the company’s sales budget and keep cost in control.
  4. Customize materials according to specific sales or customer requirements.
  5. Supervise sales team in each area
  6. Build and develop a sales team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient.
