Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably with a facility or organization which is ISO certified. 
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years proven Customer service experience in the medical device industry in similar capacity. Experience in aesthetic environment will have added advantage.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and experience of managing key customer relationship
  • Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarize and communicate the issue across globe and good report writing skills. 
  • Good documentation skills, specifically around documenting both internal and customer processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop technical service strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals and objectives
  • The Point of contact for all Ulthera service related matters in Indonesia.
  • Attending to Customer’s Ulthera technical service issue  phone/ personal visit
  • Report , manage and liaise all Service matter to Helpdesk
  • Follow up all repair cases on timely manner.
  • Manage activities with loaner and demo set
  • Follow, execute and manage the Ulthera Service and troubleshooting SOP.
  • Prepare Service Reports and actions list for all service reviews and audits
  • Manages problematic situations with customers regarding service repairs and phone troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with all areas of the business to address customer issues or service improvements as required.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, develop, implement and document new processes required to improve the service delivered to customers.
  • Ensure that customer incidents and requests are dealt with according to agreed guidelines.
