Requirements
  • More than 10 years in business with 8 years in Marketing and Sales, preferable in Nutrition category. Over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top- line and bottom line business results. Alternatively, has 8-10 years experience in a related function with demonstrated commercial acumen and potential for business role.
  • Leading and managing cross-functional teams at local market level
  • Active player within matrix organization and business/project multidisciplinary teams at international level.
  • Successfully developed people (former staff have progressed)
Responsibilities
  • Develop Long Term Category Marketing Plan : Based on solid consumer insight, formulate, implement and review WN products vision and long-term winning strategies in- line with Corporate strategy while strongly focused on relevant channels for the category.
  • Lead, Manage and Grow the business profitably. Drive and create competitive gaps through business efficiency improvements at every step of the value chain Influence all relevant lines of the P&L e.g. Capex, PFME etc. Achieve the set business objectives i.e. Volume, NPS, RIG%, OG%, EBIT and Market Share
  • Based on solid consumer insight, develop and drive the business for each brand in-line with Corporate strategies
  • Obtain deep consumer knowledge, share effectively with relevant cross-functional stakeholders
  • Deliver, in collaboration with Category / channel and Customer teams and other businesses in the Market, the shopper insight and experiences that delight consumers / shoppers
  • Develop and drive the relevant and powerful consumer communication strategies in-line with global architecture to enhance the overall brand equity and in close consultation with relevant Business
  • Build Great Brands
  • Strictly coordinate and align with CBM to ensure the Brand Essence and Vision
  • Develop and successfully execute of Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation in all Category
  • Create the engaging brand experiences to consumers when and where they are most receptive to brand contacts
  • Provide strategic direction/input for development of Channel, Customer and Field Sales strategies in line with business requirements (MBS and Operational plan / ICP)Constantly challenge the sales organization to ensure its results and effectiveness. Together with Sales define overall distribution strategy short and long term priorities (route to market). Decide on TTS (%age NPS, Trade Terms and Margins)
  • Business Planning and goal alignment: Lead and manage the Business Planning process with different stakeholders (MBS, ICP, DP/DF, monthly business planning)
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders managing all subjects related to his/her business
  • Plan, lead and control the human resources planning and development of the team members, providing relevant feedback, coach the team including progression monitoring (PE/PDG) succession planning and training.
