HR consultant

  • Work Location: Depok
  • Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management preferably with major in Human Resources Management or in relevant fields.
  • Minimum 10 years’ related working experience in a similar position in HR/GA operations.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in personnel/HR management including experience in implementing standard operating procedures, workflows, policies and procedures.
  • Prior experience as a team leader of successful negotiations with Labor Unions.
  • Strongprojectmanagementskill/experience
  • Prior experience in the Agriculture, Machinery, and/or Manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural business environment will be an added advantage.
  • Experience and skill in coaching and training will be an added advantage.

Main Purpose of Jobs:

  • The Manager, Personnel & General Affairs (PGA) is primarily responsible for planning and carrying out of all activities related to the Personnel/Human Resource (HR) and General Affairs/Administration functions and initiatives in the company
  • To lead in development and implementation of strategic and tactical HR initiatives such as Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement etc.
  • To partner with Directors and other Divisions on HR and GA implications.



  • Cooperate with and liaise with Company regional office in Singapore for regional/globa linitiatives or projects, including but not limited to conferences, HR policies and procedures, HR surveys and projects.


  • Review and implement the employee performance appraisal process/system.
  • Coordinate, verify and compile the appraisal forms upon dateline.

Learning and Development:

  • Identify Company-wide training needs through performance review exercises, analysis of competencies and job description requirements.
  • Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.
  • Process enrollment for employees whenever required and updating of Training records / database.
  • Regular reports to Management on training plans and progress statuses.

Recruitment and Onboarding employees of staff level and above:

  • Prepare and review all contracts or appointments letters.
  • Conduct new employee’s orientation/induction for new hires.
  • Arrange for employee orientation company tours.

General Affairs:

  • Maintain the company’s organization chart and communicate with department heads on any changes.
  • Prepare and maintain the Company’s annual work calendar.
  • Check payment memos and oversee petty cash management.
  • Prepare and manage the budget for the PGA Department, inclusive of monitoring utilization of the department budget.
  • Liaise with Brand Management department for the usage of the company brand on any  Promotion materials, etc.
  • To manage risk management activities: Legal affairs (law & regulations, business licenses, compliance) and Business sustainability (dealer/supplier risk, disaster, foreign risk, etc.).
  • To manage monthly payroll.
  • To manage Government’s environmental performance rating (proper), Koperasi, local community and other officials.
  • To Manage work safety and health.
  • To manage and review of authorization chart in line with the growth of organization.
  • To manage IT section related to IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Manage maintenance of fixed assets/facility
  • Manage security of the Company’s assets and premises Procurement management of the follow:
         - Company Promotion materials including but not limited to jackets/shirts/caps, banners, operating     

                    manuals, flag, brochures, company calendars etc. This is accomplished by coordinating with the

                    Marketing Division.

                 - Fixed assets and office equipment (e.g. stationary) with the exception of production machinery.

Employee Relations and Welfare

  • Manage day-to-day HR issues and employee relations matters.
  • Management, implementation and follow-up on any employee suggestions.

- Relationship management with the Labor Union, local Labor/manpower office, and other

- To represent Company and be actively involved in APINDO (Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia, The
Employers' Association of Indonesia) activities.

- Cooperate with other directors and divisions for optimal business result as a whole company.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • The Manager, PGA will assist to lead the Personnel and GA Departments in Company and oversee all day-to-day operations of the PGA personnel.
  • Develop, grow and support the members of the PGA Department (e.g. via coaching/mentoring, promoting personal development plans, etc.).
