Requirements
  1. Bachelor degree holder in sales or chemistry field.
  2. At least 3 years sales and technical experience at manager level, preferably in the paint or building material industry
  3. Possess good market knowledge
  4. Fluency of English in listening, speaking and writing
  5. Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
  6. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to build strong business relationships and to work effectively with different levels and across functions in a diverse cultural environment
  7. A change agent with advanced leadership skills who searches for new solutions and ideas.
  8. A fair and honest person with high integrity who is respectful of others
  9. Are hands on, can work independently and under pressure.
  10. Must be mature, people oriented, results driven.
  11. Willing to travel and possess own transport.
Responsibilities
  1. To explore and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  2. Fully responsible for customer inquiry, correspondence, quotations, order processing, products delivery, collections, provide technical service, resolve technical issues, customer complaints and any other issues related to sales and technical.
  3. To work closely with cross functional departments and Beckers group internally to ensure all requirements for customer is provided in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
  5. Develop effective working relationships with customers, identify requirements for new products and obtain further sales and business development
  6. To create awareness and promote Beckers product by organizing marketing and promotional activities.
  7. To assist customers in improving product quality.
  8. To formulate pricing strategy.
  9. Assist in other ad hoc tasks assigned.
