- Bachelor degree holder in sales or chemistry field.
- At least 3 years sales and technical experience at manager level, preferably in the paint or building material industry
- Possess good market knowledge
- Fluency of English in listening, speaking and writing
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to build strong business relationships and to work effectively with different levels and across functions in a diverse cultural environment
- A change agent with advanced leadership skills who searches for new solutions and ideas.
- A fair and honest person with high integrity who is respectful of others
- Are hands on, can work independently and under pressure.
- Must be mature, people oriented, results driven.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
- To explore and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Fully responsible for customer inquiry, correspondence, quotations, order processing, products delivery, collections, provide technical service, resolve technical issues, customer complaints and any other issues related to sales and technical.
- To work closely with cross functional departments and Beckers group internally to ensure all requirements for customer is provided in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
- Develop effective working relationships with customers, identify requirements for new products and obtain further sales and business development
- To create awareness and promote Beckers product by organizing marketing and promotional activities.
- To assist customers in improving product quality.
- To formulate pricing strategy.
- Assist in other ad hoc tasks assigned.
