Purpose of Position : Develop relationship, networking and technical connection with Distributors, Retailers & fleets in order to anchor business for Tires/Services of Continental and its distribution partners in Indonesia.

Dimensions/ Organization/ Magnitude : Develop networking and relationship with PLT & TT Wholesalers & PLT & TT retailers within territory.


Areas of Responsibility :

  1. Network with Market : Build up knowledge database of key customers within the sales territory. Identify key channels, competitors and products for the fleets incl. Tires, Retread and Services Understand local market network, competitors and distribution points.
  2. Application Management : Follow-up analyze sales performance of Distributors PLT & TTIdentify tire and solution approach for fleets with Continental products and partners Follow-up performance management and benchmarking of Continental and Competitor products where required. Prospecting new customers with value selling approach.
  3. Sales Support : Support Retreader/Distributor partners to enroll fleets in Tire programs for Continental and its partners. Handle technical support to overcome objections by the customers PLT & TT about performance and product acceptance. Support Partners to customize programs to capture a greater share of PLT & TT business.
