Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably but not a must in Engineering or business.


Technical Competence & Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), with intermediate to advance proficiency in Excel.
  2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, NX and SolidWorks Design Tools will be a plus.
  3. Strong written and verbal skills.
  4. Possess self-directed ability to multi-task, delicate and prioritize customer needs.
  5. Self-motivated, good sense of initiative, willing to learn, solution-oriented, able to work in a fast pace environment. 
  6. Able to work under pressure.

Relevant Experience:

  1. At least 10 years of sales experience of industrial products, directly and/or via channels.
  2. At least 5 years’ relevant experience in sales management & leading a team
  3. Filtration experience preferred.
  4. Experience using a CRM system to manage customers and sales pipelines preferred.
  5. Experience managing and selling through distribution channels.
  6. Good knowledge of manufacturing industries/environment


Others (% of travel, language, etc.) : 

  1. Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  2. Proficiency in Bahasa (spoken and written).
  3. Ability to travel locally on a frequent basis, and occasionally outside of country of origin.

Job Purpose :

As the Sales Manager, the individual will be responsible for the sale of Industrial Air Filtration Products, either directly to end-users, or through the management of independent Resellers, Dealers, Distributors, or OEM’s. The individual will get the opportunity to lead the sales team, to sell quality, innovative products that solve customer problems in a customer-focused manner. This role will be key to developing and implementing IAF Equipment and Aftermarket sales strategies and activities to meet company sales goals and priorities.



Key Accountabilities :

  1. Developing and implementing business plans, sales strategies, processes, activities and sales channels to meet revenue targets (Net Sales, GM, NOP) with objective of increasing revenue spent per customer and identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities.
  2. Lead the sales team in growing both the equipment and aftermarket business by applying product solutions to meet customer needs while executing business growth objectives.
  3. Developing sales team‘s understanding of products and services, to better meet customer needs and effectively articulating the values of our products to achieve premium pricing.
  4. Utilizing the system (CRM, Oracle, etc.) to manage sales pipeline, track quotes, capture competitive information, and maintain accurate customer records.
  5. Developing and maintaining relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts and sales channels.
  6. Manage and develop distribution channels for both equipment and aftermarket business.
  7. Keeping informed of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities, sharing information with others within the business unit for better strategic placement in the marketplace.
  8. Managing relationships with internal/external contacts to work effectively to meet customer needs.
