Job Purpose :
The job holder is expected to grow the company's aftermarket sales.He shall work closely with existing agents and grow new agents to handle the growing market.
Key Accountabilities :
  1. Responsible for direct GTS sales to achieve annual sales and gross margin commitment plan.
  2. Able to segment and target the correct markets and draw up strategies to penetrate the markets
  3. Implement strategies and perform action tasks and achieve KPIs set 
  4. Timely report field situations to direct superior on competitor’s activities and discuss with immediate superior on how to position Donaldson GTS in every opportunity.
  5. Build good relationship with existing customers and establish good rapport with new customers
  6. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior and management from time to time and willingness to take on additional tasks and perform in other duties assigned.
  7. Developing an understanding of products and services to better meet customer needs and effectively articulating the value of our products to achieve premium pricing.
  8. Utilizing the system to manage sales pipeline, track quotes, capture competitive information, and maintain accurate customer records
