Job Scope :
Management responsibility for COC & SOC sales and marketing activities in Jakarta to ensure company’s target and goal are achieved.
Job Responsibility :
  1. Manage, supervise and coordinate sales & customer service team activities.
  2. Monitoring sales team visiting plan.
  3. Pricing management.
  4. Monitoring sales battle plan.
  5. Prepare sales and marketing plan and strategy.
  6. Monitoring booking position to reach target setting.
  7. Update market information.
  8. Monitoring and ensure all sales and CS team well updated regarding new service or new guidance from principal.
  9. Ensure Minimum Rate Guideline (MRG) updated every month to principal.
  10. FAC control
  1. Leading weekly sales meeting.
  2. Joint sales call with sales (COC).
  3. Sales visit (COC).
  1. Monitoring daily lifting report (principal / internal).
  2. Monitoring and ensure all sales update result of daily sales call in Marketing file.
  1. Prepare and submit Weekly Monitoring Report (WMR)
  2. Monitoring Marketing Report 1 and 2
  3. Follow up sales lead from each salesman (minimum 2-3 sales lead/week for each salesman)
  4. Ensure all sales submit weekly sales call plan in DCS
  5. Monitoring and ensure IFS updated in system (Latest every Saturday)
  6. Monitoring DG report submitted on time (Monday)
  1. Prepare and submit Monthly Marketing report
  2. Prepare and submit New Marketing report 
Other report,
  1. Prepare and submit Market study for new service (if any)
  2. Prepare and submit Market update (if any)
  3. Search data at BPS for marketing update 
  4. Search throughput data from Ops team every 2 months or quarterly.
