  3. S1 graduated majoring in Commerce / Marketing / Biology
  4. Experience from hospital, lab clinics, biotech, and life scienceindustries will be highly considered
  5. Good communication skills, written and spoken in English
  6. Computer Literate
  7. Hard working, independent, and motivated 
  8. Have a valid driver’s license (SIM A)
The purpose of this role is to handle day-to-day operation as Product and Distributor Manager, responsible for managing product portfolio nationally and developing brand equity through effective distribution via various networks. 
As Product and Distributor Manager you will be reporting directly to the Board of Director and responsible for sales and marketing activities on a national level, handling and directing both internal sales forces and distributors. You are required to perform your daily operation to the best interest of the company and the stakeholders. 
  1. Together with Director; develop, execute and evaluate marketing strategy and programs to support national sales target.
  2. Manage and monitor the progress of short and long term marketing strategy and programs
  3. Create, manage and build good rapport with local distributor/network such as dealers, suppliers, distributors, government institutions, etc
  4. Create, manage and build good rapport with principals
  5. Manage and handle customer complaints by providing timely and effective solutions
  6. Develop and oversee marketing materials to support marketing programs
  7. Monitor stock levels and distribution process to customers
