  • Master Degree in Law, Certified as Advocate will be advantage
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Law Firm / Corporate Legal
  • Knowledgeable in Company Compliance Management
  • Good English communication
  • Expertise in contract drafting
  • Experience with OJK will be an addded value (public listed company)

Business Contracts:

  • Drafting/reviewing and advise Management on all business contracts with third parties (supplier or customers)
  • Keep a register of all business contracts.
  • Ensure contracts are reviewed/drafted, renewed, amended or cancelled on time to make certain all relationship with third parties are governed by valid contracts
  • Issue, socialize, and maintain guidelines/regulations regarding the handling of contracts in the company


Law monitoring:

  • Ensure all applicable regulations and laws are brought to the attention of the Management.
  • Constantly screen for new laws and regulations in all applicable fields (i.e. labor law, environmental law, trade regulations, customs regulations, tax laws, etc) and inform Management accordingly.



  • Liaise with legal professionals (i.e. Lawyer, Notary) in all legal matters that require external support from legal professional (i.e. legal proceeding/legal suppliers, government agencies, etc)



  • Act as Corporate Compliance Officer of the company
  • Act as Coordinator Compliance Officers of All Divisions
  • Ensure all staff are aware of compliance requirements, existing regulations and sanctions in case of violations
  • Handle compliance violations on behalf of the company
  • Review internal and external publications of the company upon request (i.e website, intranet, annual report, staff announcements, etc)



  • Advise Management on set-up of business structures and/or processes
  • Facilitate license applications for various business purposes (i.e business permits, etc)
  • Advise the Good Governance Management in the company in line with Government regulations on Public Company
  • Actively support the preparations and execution of General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM/EGM)
