Requirements
  • Experienced in the field of HR in general with a concentration in the training / development at least 3 years
  • Bachelor Degree graduated from any majors
Responsibilities

Handling training / training, which includes:

  • Conduct training needs analysis
  • To co-ordinate those employees who will be included in a public training
  • To co-ordinate the implementation of training / seminars conducted by another section in the IMSI environment where the participants are employees of the subsidiary Indomobil
  • Create a report on the implementation of training and evaluation of the implementation of the training
  • Promote the training activities undertaken IMSI to the subsidiary
  • Conduct managerial training / seminars for employees of Indomobil on topic and needs
  • E-Learning with IT section, set-up E-learning, develop, maintain.


Management Trainee handling in connection with the subsidiary

Help HRD subsidiaries of MT needs and coordinate its implementation, including:

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Develop curriculum
  • Find and contact the speaker
  • Implementation of classical training / briefing
  • Monitoring the mentors and participate in the evaluation / presentation
  • Monitor the implementation of a bond MT
  • Do counseling for the MT
  • Being a teacher / trainer
