Our client is a public listed company with main business activities comprise of real estate development including the construction and sales of houses, shop houses, commercial and office buildings with 8 branches with approximately 300 Employees. Other activity is providing building maintenance services.

- Degree holder in Architectural Studies
- At least 15 years of post qualification experience in property
- Exposure in sizable construction/property development organizations
- Project management experience in residential, commercial properties
- Sound knowledge in related codes in Indonesia
- Excellent project management skills and communication skills

- Lead and manage a broad portfolio of design and construction projects, either housing or commercial projects
- Responsible for project planning, master design, progress monitoring, budgetary control, quality management, and compliance of construction projects
- This role will be working closely with included senior management such as project managers, contractors, consultants in different construction related specialization, and related government authorities
- Reporting to CEO
