Perform a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the installation, repair, and maintenance of building systems construction materials and furnishings. Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with various individuals including tenants, building staff, security guards, janitorial staff, contractors and vendors contacted through normal daily activities.

Essential Duties:
- Maintain equipment data, historical records and maintenance schedules for all major items/systems of equipment.
- Ensure proper start up/shut down of operating equipment at the beginning/end of each operating day.
- Perform duties related to resolving tenant complaints; replace light tubes/bulbs, unstop drains and respond to other tenant requests.
- Ensure problems are resolved promptly and courteously. Give priority of effort to providing quality service to tenants and insuring satisfaction.
- Perform required repairs to equipment systems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance of all equipment.
- Use blueprints, drawings, and manuals to carry out various duties.
- Utilized established safety practices, rules regulations, and procedures to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Report all pending items of work held over to next day.
