Must Have :

  3. Proven track record or evidence can get one -in digital marketing PR & promotions,
  4. Must understand the technologies and their costs.
  5. Strong online presence today. Experience with premium promotion.
  6. Charisma and be a people person. Ability & desire to work with diverse & colourful personalities.
  7. Strength of character, knows what's right, vigilant, can protect our assets & inspire our people to do the right thing.
  8. A character that is upbeat, outgoing, self starter, resilient, intellectually curious. proven negotiation skills.
Very Nice To Have:
  1. Food or beverages industry experience and experience with restaurant management.
  2. Business degree.
  3. Chinese language skill.
This role is responsible for establishing the online / offline story of The Company. Its origin, distinctiveness & ethos. It does this by crafting & documenting the creation of the business and the impact + output of its farming of premium Mutiara Lobsters. All parts of the story underscore premium quality, cleanliness & hand crafted value. Key to this role is establishing / building the digital story & delivering a personal & premium image that drives demand for this new supply chain in premium outlets in Jakarta, Bali & across cities of Asia. This role is equally Events & PR & is the ‘face’ of the Company brand. Supporting our launch from Q2 18 is a key first priority & requires multiple strands of communication on-line & work with culinary experts, key influencers & lead chefs from Jakarta & Bali.
  1. Sales units and profit goals as determined
  2. Be the “face” of the brand, leading all PR activities.
  3. Set up online / owned assets and establish a base digital story that builds & delivers differentiated advantage for our lobsters.
  4. Meet / impact possible distributors, restaurateurs, on line & traditional media. Company lobsters become ‘’it food’’ in markets
  5. Run events that lift Companies profile. A steady stream of news that gains us attention, fame and positive momentum.
  6. Be the face of Company brand with key media, restaurant customers, distributors & agencies
  7. Establish a strong calendar promoting the company & product.
  8. Create on line ‘stars’ out of keys selected people in our operation at all levels by telling their story in interesting ways,
  9. Establish strong relationships with key restaurants.
  10. In 2019 –out first full year -sell100,000 units and hit $5M in revenues
  11. Support the activities behind other products as they are developed and ensure they are all tied back to the Company Brand
