  1. Degree within International Business Administration / International Marketing / International Advertising Studies/Branding/ International Communications
  2. Office Suite 2003 & 2007, advanced level (especially Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  3. Minimum 3+ years experience
  1. Fluent in English. (high level)
  2. Mother Language – Bahasa, Indonesian
  3. Other European language(s) a distinct advantage (French, German, Spanish, Polish, Czech)
  1. To assist the CSD on all aspects of new business development and client services as and when required: new business prospection, prospect and competitors analysis, creation, revision and analysis of pitching documents, etc.
  2. To deliver client-facing documents, quotations, project briefings, etc.
  3. To coordinate all client account reporting required.
  4. To daily implement and enhance best practice procedures across all activities in adherence to companies own guidelines. – At central level and across the markets as required.
  5. Coordinate and manage Prospects and Client related relationships and also support senior management in negotiations.
  6. Work in collaboration with the Creative teams to meet client’s expectations.
  7. Grow and enhance critical local relationship(s)
  8. Manage, influence and maintain positive working relationships.
  9. To carry out version control of documents, filling / archiving and back up on central servers.
  10. Project profitability – based upon company rate cards.
  11. Creation and enhancement of corporate presentations related to company service offerings
  12. Creation of Prospecting list, along with tracking, meetings and related follow-through.
  1. Analyze the market opportunities and competition related to the Companies business.
  2. Analyze Prospect and Client market opportunities and competition related to the Companies business.
  3. Add overall value to the Company’s service offering
  4. Grow the client brand portfolio revenues to reach goals
  5. Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client’s business and their requirements
  6. Recommend Company services to prospects and Clients as appropriate.
Specific activities include:
  • Reporting to CSD
  • Prepare for and lead the local requirements as instructed by the CSD.
  • Formulating business new business development strategies and setting targets, along with CSD
  • Learning and understanding the prospect and client business needs.
  • Work in collaboration with Company’s managers as requested.
  • Delivering solutions on a cost- and time-efficient manner.
  • Take part and be involved in the business meetings related to the client.
  • Reporting to the client as agreed with CSD
  • Internal monthly account reporting and ad-hoc, as required.
Business travelling
  • Travel will be required between Company and the client offices.
Suggested Allocation of time
  • 75% Client Management, internal team support and knowledge sharing
  • 25% New Business & New Prospect Development
