Our company is the first private cancer unit to be established in the East Jawa of Indonesia. The set up started its Oncology services by providing Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy service upon commence in Q2 of 2017. A future expanding plan to introduce Positron Emission Tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) service to the Cancer patients and has been well allocated sufficient space in the floorplan design at the initial phase of set up process.
Level 1 floor is allocated for Radiotherapy Service and was equipped with Elekta Synergy Linear Accelerator at the semi-basement bunker. Level 2 designed for the usage of Oncology consultant clinics and Treatment rooms, dispensary services. Level 3 is Chemotherapy service then follow by future PET CT service, Radiotherapy Treatment Planning room, admin office at the level 4.

  1. Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  2. Minimum 5 years’ of accounting or auditing experience
  3. Independent

  6. Strong research, analytical, numerical and problem solving skills
  7. Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  8. Knowledge in accounting software

In charge for all finance and taxation related tasks and to support the General Manager in administrative and procurement matters for the commissioning and operations of the company.

Responsiblilities :
  1. In-charge of Monthly Finance and Taxation Closing and preparation of Monthly Management Reports and schedules, including review monthly journals
  2. Prepare the monthly management and consolidated full set of accounts and submit by the 15th of the subsequent month
  3. Oversee the billing and procurement operations of the centre
  4. Monitor monthly account payables and ensure timely payments to doctors, suppliers, banks, staff expenses claim, customs and other statutory bodies
  5. Perform the daily accounts receivable closing
  6. Perform monthly reconciliation to suppliers’ statements, inter-company balances and monitor staff advances
  7. Maintain daily payment listing, provide cash flow analysis and update on company’s cash position
  8. Maintain fixed assets register and responsible for asset tagging
  9. Liaise with suppliers, tax consultants, auditors, banks and insurers for purchasing, tax, audit, banking and insurance related matters
  10. Assist the Pricing Committee in reviewing and implementing new prices as well as amending the existing pricing policies.
  11. Prepare annual budget
  12. In-charge of stock function, including monthly stock take coordination, stock adjustments, stock write off and inventory reconciliation between General Ledger and Stock Ledger.
  13. Ensure proper filing of documents
  14. Prepare reports and presentation materials
  15. Other duties or projects as assigned by General Manager from time to time
