  • Education Background : Mechanical Engineering, IT, Software Engineering or any other relevant field
  • Age : not more than 40
  • Sales Background: 

                  (i) Total of 5-7 years of experience in Solution sales and complex engineering

                       product sales

                  (ii) Must have experience in dealing with direct end customers

                 (III) 3-5 years’ experience in doing cold call with customers

                 (IV) Not a job hopper (every 2 -3 years hop)

  • Language : Fluent in Speaking and Written English
  • Independent person
  • Present and make known to client the added value of Swisslog’s solutions and services to potential customers.
  • Seek new prospect for potential new clients and turn the prospect into customer leads.
  • Conduct cold call as appropriate within market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Research and building relationships with new clients.
  • Meet potential clients to grow, maintain and leverage sales leads networking.
  • Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and sales director for business opportunity discussion
  • Plan appropriate approaches and pitches with new leads / client’s decision maker
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators and present to Sales Director and Head of Sales
