  • Develop business plan and sales stategies through timely and accurate market intelligence to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • To set and monitor sales target, prepare yearly sales budget and progressively monitor the monthly performance against budget
  • Retail Price Setting on each individual item of the brand base on market demand and send to Management for final approval
  • Implement sales forecasting activities
  • Responsible for the business development of assigned sales territory and industries
  • Actively involved in Social Media for brand building and brand awareness activities. Work with both Retail and online retailers on sales activities and make proposal accordingly
  • Developing the prospects and clients' porfolio, negotiating and closing skills
  • Prepares action plans for effective search and qualification of sales leads and prospects
  • Closely support distributors and dealers on their business plans per targeted markets/ segments/ cahnnesl, conduct partner's staff training while ensuring compliance with company guidelines to meet business objectives
  • Initates and implement action plans to penetrate and expand new markets
  • Responds to customer requests/ issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Keeps management informed with regular activity reports and verbal communications
  • Monitor the develoment and implementation of sales and marketing activities (exhibitions, baby fairs and etc)
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume of each individual brand from the company
  • Provides timely and accurate feedback to senior management regarding the market and competitors performance
  • Manage customer relationship and implement high customer service standard set by company
  • Assist in Technical complaint and assume responsibility in monitoring remedial work.
