  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Others or equivalent.
  2. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Required Skill(s): Negotiation, Communication, Recruitment, Interview, Organisational development.
  4. Preferably Middle Manager specialized in Human Resources & General Affairs.
  5. Attractive personalities.
  6. Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
  7. Fluent in recruiting, hiring, training, OD, performance management, coaching, policy recommendation, salary and benefit, team building and employee relations.
  8. Have a good leadership skill.
  9. Have experiences in managing general affairs.
  10. Young, dynamic and creative person is preferred.
  11. Having certain HR certification is a advantage.
  12. Willing to travel around Indonesia and overseas.
  13. Candidate from multinational consumer goods (FMCG) company is preferred.

  1. Oversees the implementation of Human Resources programs through Human Resources staff. Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves problems.
  2. Oversees and manages the work of reporting Human Resources staff. Encourages the ongoing development of the Human Resources staff.
  3. Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, company events support, and benefits administration.
  4. Selects and supervises Human Resources consultants, attorneys, and training specialists, and coordinates company use of insurance brokers, insurance carriers, pension administrators, and other outside sources.
  5. Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
  6. Leads the development of department goals, objectives, and systems. Provides leadership for Human Resources strategic planning.
  7. Establishes HR departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals.
  8. Manages the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
  9. Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
  10. Participates in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
