Financial Planning and Analysis
You will be responsible for all FP&A matters, including consolidation and analysis of plans, forecast, and monthly performance review for Indonesia market. Working closely with SIMP Finance teams as well as the regional FP&A team, you will provide meaningful insight and analysis of the country’s performance.
You will also support the commercial teams in the formulation of business strategies and decisions, driving business growths targets and meeting financial objectives. In addition,
  1. Ensure planning/forecast/LRP cycles and reporting requirement deadlines are met
  2. Effectively and actively participate in business planning sessions and support the development of short-term and long-term financial plans
  3. Provide accurate and timely information, generate reports and analysis. Understand, communicate and explain variance within the business. Identify root causes and follow up actions for each.
  4. Lead and drive monthly country performance review
  5. Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting and develop timely analysis to focus partners on the key drivers of profitability
  6. Handle ad-hoc projects within FP&A and/or other finance related projects
  1. Responsible for the filling of various local direct / indirect taxes
  2. Manage and control the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities, including GL journal entries, and the relevant financial and management reports.
  3. Ensure all financial reporting & closing activities deadlines are met
  1. Provide support to the monthly Sales & Operation review
  2. Lead and drive monthly inventories review
  3. Serve as the key contact person with local Distributor(s)
