Their Business consists of four Divisions each offering a broad range of high value-added formulated products and services oriented towards addressing specific customer's requirements in leather processing and in selected niche markets for performance coatings

Today, Our client operates 9 manufacturing sites and 26 strategically located technical service laboratory facilities world-wide and employs some 1,300 people in more than 28 countries many of whom are engaged in basic research and development of new products and processes. More than one quarter of them are dedicated technical experts based at application laboratories offering top-level local custom-made service wherever our customers are located throughout the world.

  1. Diploma in Business/Supply Chain/Logistics
  2. Experience: At least 3years in similar position
  3. Knowledge: Export/ Import trade regulations; Preparation of bank documents; Handling of SAP

Purpose :

To make sure that all customer orders are promptly and accurately acknowledged, handled and shipped out and to liaise with customers during all stages of customer order processing. All documentation for customer orders are promptly and accurately produced and distributed.


Responsibility :

  1. Receive and process PO from customers : PO checking (Correct price, Quantity, availability) and update on SAP to create SO, Create delivery order when goods are ready. Responsible to respond customers’ enquiry (PO Revision, shipment issues, etc) Generate all required documentation relating to shipments to assigned countries by preparing prescribed documents eg. Invoices, packing lists, bank documents in order to ensure smooth export/import of goods and prompt payment to the Company.
  2. Close and register all invoice transactions in SAP in order to have up-to-date information on shipments completed.
  3. Prepare SI information and email to Freight Forwarders in order to have full & accurate set of B/L
  4. Receive original B/L from Freight Forwarders, sort, email and despatch relevant documents to customer and bank in order that customers can clear goods quickly and payment made promptly. Liase with freight forwarder for export arrangement, such as book space/vessel
  5. Liaise with warehouse on Pick Ship Confirmation & container number in order to confirm actual quantity collected and stuffed into container. Liase with bank for L/C shipment
